Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order.

We ship worldwide and everything gets shipped out from New York. International tax and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Returned or unsuccessfully delivered packages due to an inaccurate mailing address are subject to a reshipment fee. Refunds are not provided for packages with an incorrect mailing address.


Stargaze Jewelry does not accept returns at this time. If there is a defect or a problem with your order, please email us within 4 days of the delivery date at contact@stargazejewelry.com with your order number in the subject line. We're always here to help you out and make sure you receive the best quality items as well as customer service.

Jewelry Care

Our pieces should last you up to 1 year (or more) with proper care: don't shower with it or go to the gym/pool. To clean it, gently rub the surface using a soft cloth or cotton boll to help restore shine. We strongly advise you to take it off before you go to sleep and store it in a safe space.
