Where do I enter a discount code?

Find this area during checkout and enter the code. You can only use one code at a time!



Where is your company from/located?

- Stargaze is located in New York. 


How long will it take to receive my order?

- The speed of receiving your order can depend on a few things such as your shipping method choice and the location your order is being shipped to. We offer several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time/benefits that you may compare on our Shipping Page.  Our handling time is 1-3 business days depending on which shipping method you choose.  After your order is processed, shipping usually takes 1-4 business days in the U.S. and 7+ days for International.  


Do we get a tracking number after we order?

- Yes, all orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provide us with during checkout. 


Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

- You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another when your order is on it's way. 


How can I pay?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments, also you do not need a PayPal account to pay.


Can I cancel or change my order?

- Unfortunately once you place your order it cannot be changed after. All orders are handmade once you order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order, but in some cases we can, just email us and we will be sure to help you out. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want.


Can I refund or exchange my order?

- In some cases we will allow refunds, up to 14 days, just make sure to message us and we will be glad to assist you. In most cases for simple situations we do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. In the rare case that we do issue a refund, shipping is excluded. Once it is shipped out, we cannot take responsibility if it is damaged, lost or delayed. Please double check all measurements on your product descriptions before you order so it is the perfect fit for you. 


 - Can I shower with my jewelry on?

Our jewelry is not waterproof. Please take care of them well and try not to shower, swim or exercise with them on.


Taxes & Duties:

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
